E-Tourism & Travel Distribution Conference - South Europe and Mediterranean

How can Southern Europe's & Mediterranean's travel industry sell more travel products and cut distribution costs? The travel consumer is evolving. US & Northern European suppliers are currently communicating with the consumers to sell travel directly while major Southern European destinations are still tied to intermediaries missing out on massive revenue and taking on considerable costs. EyeforTravel has collaborated with Travel Media Applications to bring a meeting place that: * Looks at the current state of Southern European Travel companies * Identifies opportunities to enable them to manage their distribution channels themselves * Engage with customers directly via social media and mobile channels Check out the Conference Agenda & Speakers for the event. http://events.eyefortravel.com/e-tourism/agenda.asp

Tourism in Costa del Sol, Malaga, Spain

Malaga is located at the southern of Spain, in the eastern region of Andalusia. This region also known as the Costa del Sol because its great weather and the number of sunny days with clear skies. When coming to Spain, you may need transport (public transport is not a smart choice), I can recommend this website: http://www.carspain.com, where you can get all the needed car rental services in the country at cheap prices. I can´t talk about other destinations, but for Malaga car hire there is no need of using a credit card for online car reservation and all the information you fill online, will be time saved at the car rental desk later...do not spend more time than necesary filling papers...do it online! The first you will see of course will be the Malaga airport and its new Terminal T3. Very easy to walk around, so you will not get lost; transportation websites I recommend below are based at Malaga airport with their own shuttle service for their customers. I hope you find usefull all this information; see you around if you decide to come! ;-) Malaga holidays resources: Below some websites where you will be able to reserve everything ahead of time. Last minute holidays are possible but much expensivier and with the risk of no availability. http://www.malagaweb.com - Malaga travel guides http://www.malagaairportcarhire.com - Malaga airport car hire http://www.malagaholidays.com - Malaga hotels You´re welcome
