In Germany, the asparagus season has just begun and like every year, the German American Chamber of Commerce is inviting (potential) white asparagus lovers to enjoy a delightful gala dinner with great food and conversation. Thus, we would be more than thankful if you could help us spreading the word through your website (or other means).
Please let me know if that would be an option and what you would need from me. With this email I am also sending you a short text about German asparagus and the event, the link to the RSVP page and also two different images that you are welcome to use.
The German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. would like to invite you to a delightful evening with great atmosphere, good conversations, delicious wines and a unique dinner - don't miss out on the traditional German white asparagus, imported directly from Germany to your plates here in San Francisco.
Why white asparagus and where does it come from?
In Germany, the white asparagus season, lasting from mid-April to late June, is celebrated with much enthusiasm. During the season, the vegetable also referred to as "edible ivory" is prominently featured on menus everywhere. In order to bring this tradition a little closer to you, we will import fresh white asparagus from Germany and look forward to celebrating with you here in San Francisco in May!
All the best to you and hopefully talk to you soon,
