Our client, an international group with subsidiaries in 13 countries and a network of 30 agents and 12 sales offices, is the world's leading manufacturer of pre-insulated pipes for energy efficient distribution and transportation of gases and liquids for district heating and cooling, oil and gas, solar, marine and industrial purposes. Around 1,400 employees and 10 factories help to supply customers in approximately 50 countries and sells the pipe systems in markets where energy savings and CO2 reduction considerations will affect clients choice of how liquids are most efficiently transported. For the responsibility of the german-speaking (focus) and Central European market and management of the sales activities of a new product line we are looking for a dedicated and committed

Sales Manager CEE (f/m)

- In coordination with the local subsidiaries/partners to initiate and execute sales of new product line to whole sellers and other system component suppliers in Europe within Heating and sanitary segment, focus on D, A, CH
- Fulfill sales targets and the overall growth strategy
- Represent the company and the new product line internally and externally to whole sellers and system component suppliers
- Care of existing customers and acquiring new customers at an European level, introducing the new product
- Build up a sales organization with a perspective to lead a sales team


- Technical and/or commercial education with technical understanding
- Sales responsible for system component supplier (preferred in heating/sanitary/air conditioning business) to whole sellers in Germany and/or Europe in general
- Proven sales track record of setting up agreements with whole sellers or partnership with other system component suppliers
- Proven skills in opening and closing sales within area of focus
- Experience in managing a sales/product team within heating/sanitary/air conditioning business is an advantage
- International mindset/experience
- Understanding of long term partnerships, strategic thinking, setting up agreements, administration of set-up with partners
- Dynamic profile and strong business acumen with entrepreneurial spirit
- Assertiveness, resilience, ability to work under pressure and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel 50%
- Well-equiped Home Office
- Languages: German (native or fluent)
English fluent written and spoken
Third language is an advantage but not necessary
