Die Fachtagungen sind anerkannt als Fortbildungslehrgang für Störfallbeauftragte im Sinne des § 9 Absatz 1 Satz 2 in Verbindung mit § 7 Nr. 2 der 5. BImSchV und als Weiterbildung für Sicherheitsfachkräfte nach § 5 (3) ASiG (2 VSDI-Punkte).
