Improving Performance Through People

This 5-day program focuses on a process of enhancing employee and organizational performance. It is designed to help participants diagnoze the causes of poor performance and master the execution of actions to improve performance and those required to sustain it. Program helps participants to enhance skills in the area of understanding people – their motivations, resistance and to develop capabilities necessary to deliver performance and creating and sustaining an environment where people and teams flourish.
