That is it! I think if a leader is wise (+ nothing extra :-)), this may be very boring. Inspiration & excitement are on the opposite side.

Hi Chris, Well, it’s not so easy “to recharge batteries”. I think this is the most difficult situation for a leader. By the way, if you are self-employed, you need to have more than 100% energy potential. The process of “recharging batteries” is individual, in my opinion. Actually, every leader must learn how to do it. Where can you learn how to do it an efficient way?

Good morning, I think "energy" is a matter of your own attitude and your personal background. Only in case you have a chance to catch up energy from your family or friends ("Work-Life-Balance") and you are willing to forward it you can spread this energy to other people. What do you think ? Lind Regards Chris

Hello, because I`m a new member of this group I`d like to drop a few lines to introduce myself to you. Actually I`ve been working for the Volksbank Hildesheim eG since 2002. After my vocational training I started to work as a credit analyst for privat costumers. Last year I decided to change my position and to broaden my knowledge. So I changed to the Risk-Management and in detail to the Risk-Controlling. Besides working as a Risk-Controller I study "business-studies" at the Leibniz Akademie in ...

Wisdom, inspiration, and energy…. I agree with you, Amit. Leaders inspire. In my opinion, inspiration comes from energy which a leader possesses. Where does energy come from? Actually, it’s very difficult for a leader to remain on a certain level of inspiration. I think it’s a matter of energy. My question is: Where does energy come from? Olga
