<description>hello everybody i would like to think i could be a good co-moderator. this because we work actively in the field of entrenching broadband access from a provincial point of view - KwaZulu-Natal / SA - and we do plenty of studies, policymaking, economic development studies centered around IKT/ICT. and because I am a bloody german. *joke*. the disadvantage of having me as a co-moderator is that i have great internet access but work my butt off because we're only a few in a very specialised team ...</description>
