i found some info for Leo The lentil or daal or pulse (Lens culinaris) is a bushy annual plant of the legume family, grown for its lens-shaped seeds. With 26% protein, lentils have the highest level of protein in any plant after soybeans and hemp. Lentils are also one of the best vegetable sources of iron found from my friend. best wishes

Dear Jeanette. Every Human being is unique, also i believe in evolution, which means different circumstance/situation different reflex. / action so i feel anything done with good intention / compassion / permission / seeking forgiveness should be ok. when ever i feel confused, i just wish & pray good for all & accept the results. Dear Leo. sometime i wonder we ( mankind) have invented & developed so many unimportant things but we often ignore basic necessity / common development. I do believe ...

Some people keep writing and saying that we live in the World full of abundance - abundance in everything... And couple of questions immediately pop up in my head - why am I sitting in front of my laptop in cold Germany now when I could have been on Seychelles and/or Maldives laying in sun and feel it's love on me... listening to the ocean telling me stories... Why there are so many people out there without a roof above their heads... Why did some of my dreams and targets didn't succeed and ...

I mean in a very idealistic world where you could have everything you want just because you want it... without any product-money exchange schemes... where you're happy... where you can instantly create "out of thin air" things you want to or need to with the power of your single thought and nothing else... where you can travel in the world and space without any technical devices... In the World where you and every single of us is a God in his own right... a creator... I can (imagine). What ...

That's why I've asked my "strange" question What should eat people who live in so ...

Hello Leo, thank you, i m trying to find exact meaning behind your question, because alll the information is available on web however what i have read is from grains, cereals, beancurd ( tofu), nuts, yogurt, seeds, pulses etc. we get more than enought thru these. also being vegetarian does not only mean for health, but for compassion for other beings. less attachment to food, simplicity etc. best wishes.
