For the last 18 years I have been working for Columbus McKinnon Corp. (CMCO) in various functions like President, Product & Materials Manager and Managing Director Asian Operations. During the entire time I set up the two Chinese manufacturing facilities, the Hong Kong branch and the distribution operation in Thailand.
