I seem to be able to log into all my google accounts without a problem. what accounts do you mean specifically? Other than that I am yet to find a bug, it seems faster and more stable than Mozilla and IE when browsing in multiple tabs and windows... (the above regarding the post from Martin BTW)

Haven't found this article in english yet, but Chromium seems to send a unique ID per installation to Google each time you use it... thus it's spyware: http://www.golem.de/0809/62171.html (german article) And here's the way to suppress that spying traffic: http://www.google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?answer=95656&hlrm=de @Martin Foerster: Sorry for my comment, but the other 357 members of this group need some more encouragement for writing comments than I ever possibly can give.

Take special notice on the issue: Can't sign into Google Accounts from Chrome It seems the Google browser locks you out from your Google accounts. Bill is smiling, laughing, crying. So again the question: Do we need yet another browser, this time from Google??? Do we need a second M$ monster? Google is commercial, not FOS! PS. Sorry Michael, I disturbed your monologue.

Google's Chromium: Sure, spyware. What else? I just compared the Firefox 3.0.1 memory consumption with that of Chrome 0.2.149.27 both showing the Xing start page: {physical memory } [virtual memory] Browser	{ Private Shared Total}	[ Private Mapped] Chrome {55,976k	5,070k	61,046k}	[51,988k	14,764k] Firefox {48,204k	4,596k	52,800k}	[40,004k	3,268k] PS: Just one advantage seen so far: you can type search items into the URL edit field and Chrome suggests related URL's or, if you don't choose any, ...
