<description>Well CRM depends a lot in the way you work it. If you have small needs, SugarCRM is better, but if you have a more complex system, Sales Force has more useful modules and is more user friendly in my opinion. SugarCRM works well if you have time to customize it for your needs, but it will always be less user friendly than Sales Force. Note: I'm comparing here the SugerCRM Open Source version and not the commercial one.</description>

<description>A small help based on my experience and some prior investigation before using it... I don't know OpenCRM, but I do use SugarCRM and find it great as an Open Source option. I checked several Open Source options and even started with Tiger CRM, but changed with much more success for Sugar. SalesForce is by far the best if you have money to put upfront...</description>
