What happens if I use the "Add" function below a person's photo and then select "to XING"?
If the person is already a XING member, the XING Connector will automatically send them a contact request. If the person is not registered on XING yet, the XING Connector will send them an invitation to sign up to XING and join your network. Requests are sent in your name to the person's email address.
