Hi Stefanie,
I like your work. It's has charm and you hava a good eye for proportions. :)
Maybe consider to show your animations a bit more like a rendered movie. I clicked the rigging reel and was exspecting an animation which showed the character "in action" like walking or dancing. But basically you just pulled the mouse a bit here and there.
This what I would improve. :)

you're right about my riggingreel, didn't spend enough time on it. As soon as possible I'll do more posing and ll work it out better. The actual one was made on a rush...sorry
