Wanted: Your Participation in the 2009 ORN Service Provider Survey !
Dear Sir/Madam

A few weeks ago, the Duke University Offshoring Research Network (ORN) team launched the 2009 Service Provider Survey. This survey collects data on the provision of offshore services, e.g. ITO, BPO, LPO, RPO, call centers, engineering, R&D, design, software development, knowledge and analytical services (KPO). As a provider of services to international companies, your input is extremely important to help our research team better understand this quickly evolving space and to derive strategic recommendations for practitioners. If you have not done so, please take the survey and benefit from receiving our analysis! The deadline has now been extended to April 24th 2009.

If you do not consider your company a service provider, the annual Corporate Client Survey will be released in the next couple of weeks.

Benefits for participants include:
• Receiving the complete analysis of survey results, including service profiles, service locations, drivers, risks, performance, future plans etc., broken down by function (ITO, BPO, etc.), size of provider, headquarter location and other criteria.
• Receiving an invitation to attend the annual debriefing workshop or webcasts to get behind the numbers and discuss future directions for research.
• Accessing to Duke thought leadership papers, research publications, and case studies
• Sharing ideas and network with peers in a secure platform (date to be determined).

Who should participate?
• All companies providing global services, e.g. BPO, ITO, call centers, procurement, knowledge and analytical services, software and product development, to client companies from the U.S., Europe and other regions
• Participants should be familiar with strategy and operations for each service your company offers

The information you provide will be held in strict confidentiality. Under no circumstances will the identity of participating companies or company specific responses be shared outside the research team without explicit written permission. The research team will sign a non-disclosure agreement upon request.
