  Conference „Licensing, Transfer of Ownership and Dispute Resolution" June 1st 2012, Vienna

  I am pleased to invite you to the conference "Licensing, Transfer of Ownership and Dispute Resolution - Commercialization of Intellectual Property Generated in International R&D Projects" in Vienna, June 1, 2012.
  
  The conference will provide an overview of relevant agreements concluded in the R&D and commercial exploitation stages to illustrate their interrelation, with a particular focus on IP and dispute resolution.
  
  The purpose of the workshop is to bring together speakers from industry, universities, research organizations and technology transfer offices to present their extensive experience at the frontline of IP licensing, technology transfer and dispute resolution.
  
  The conference is organized by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG), the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and the Licensing Executives Society (LES).
