Unlocking people’s potential.
That is what I enjoy most, to help people grow. It means I grow too, learning more in the process. I have been coaching friends and workmates for a long time. In fall 2007 I joined a coaching course at CoachCompagniet (Sweden) in order to become a professional coach.

At present I have dual careers, as professional coach and as an experienced IT consultant.

Coaching.
If I shall label myself as coach I would use life coach. To me that means working with a holistic view, covering the client's whole life and not just one area. I have found that clients often start in one area but then during the process work with one or more of the others too. My strength as a coach is my intuition, it is very useful combined with the core competencies that ICF lists.

Using the more specific titles commonly used I have so far worked as business coach, career coach, life coach and spiritual coach.

IT.
I started working with IT in 1971, ten years before the birth of the PC (personal computer) and twenty years before the birth of the internet (to the public). I have seen the evolution of computing from inside the business. This means I have 35+ years of experience which I combine with an inquisitive mind. I have 12 years of self employment, the rest of those years are as employed.

Life and networks.
I live and work in southern Sweden, live in Helsingborg and work in Malmö.

I am an active networker, at Xing and LinkedIn as well as in some organizations. At Xing I also moderate some other groups like The Hunger Project, Poker and The International Office. At Yahoo Groups I moderate some groups for Mensa and am active in some LinkedIn-related groups.
