    Since 1980 Kathleen, began working with business owners and entrepreneurs within the Trade and Barter Industry. Over the past several years, she is often contacted as an industry consultant. Her tcoaching, training and consulting has taken her many places as well as outside of the United States and most recently to Lagos Nigeria where she trained a staff of 21 and spoke to 125 local business owners and entrepreneurs dealing with business strategy and success in entrepreneurship. Her years of experience have afforded her a vast knowledge of small, medium and large companies and corporations

    In the early 90’s she was the corporate trainer for Southland Corporation for the managers and staff. She is often called upon as a keynote speaker for various business associations, woman’s organizations, groups such as the Jaycees, and numerous Company Corporate events. Kathleen has served as an ambassador and facilitator with her local Gwinnett County, Chamber of Commerce for the past 5 ½ years and is a volunteer business advisor with DECA, an international association of high school and college students studying marketing, management and entrepreneurship, Kathleen is extremely dedicated to any project that will enable children to discover a passion for education and vision for their future.

    As an owner/principal of the International Business Academies, Kathleen provides coaching, training and marketing support to entrepreneurs and business owners that can assist them turn the corner in their life or business.

    She is happily married to her husband Tom, and the proud mother of 6 children ages 21-34 and grandmother of 13.
