  Searching for suppliers of RFID-components in UHF

  Hello everyone,
  
  I am working as a researcher in Textile and Clothing Technology department
  of the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
  
  My field of research is the integration of RFID-Transponders into textiles.
  While searching possibility for the development of good solution to textiles
  RFID-transponders, I have come across a problem.
  
  I am looking for the following RFID-components in the UHF Class1 Gen2-field:
  
  -Near-Field-Transponders (might also be called Chip-modules,
  which means Chip + Near-Field-Antenna)
  
  - ICs in different delivery types, e.g. as interposer / strap
  or as packaged chip
  
  - ICs with On-Chip-Antenna (OCA)
