A.I.C.R. stands for the "Amicale International des Chefs de Récéption et des sous directeurs des grand hotels"
Founded in 1964 among the front office managers of five star hotels at the Côte d'Azur the AICR develloped first nationwide then Europe wide. The history can be read at

Now the AICR counts 15 member sections in 14 countries internationally and still growing.
We consider ourselves as a network group between the FOMs and Ass. Gen. Managers of four and five star hotels. This platform shall help to exchange work experience and information among their members.
