Designing Tourism Experience

I am a process consultant.

I have developed a framework for Designing Tourism Experience and have presented a paper on it at the recently concluded Indian Hospitality Congress.

The framework provides with a methodology to design user experience of a tourism product or re-design an existing product or artifact for superior user experience.
