  Tourism investment opportunities

  Dear Sirs,
  
  I am a seasoned business consultant expert in renewable energy sources adn active in Europe and USA. I worked until recently for the portuguese economy ministry handling the responsibility to attract foreign direct investment to the country. In other words my job was "selling Portugal" abroad.
  
  In my job I often come across investment opportunities which are offered to me first hand prior to public knowledge. One might refer to these as "inside information" if you like.
  
  Last week a large group of influencing politicians in the North of Portugal have informally contacted me to attract investors in the tourism branch who might be interested in developing a 18-hole golf course with adjacent real-estate business which would be licensed y the new mayor of one of the most important tourism region of the country.
  
  Since it looked a very interesting project and highly profitable I am willing to receive contacts from people who may have interest in these areas (tourism and/or real-estate) and who may be willing to know more about this.
