  L.E. 4.5 million budget funds allocated for the revamping of 4 existing and the construction of 6 new air pollution monitoring centers within Greater Cairo.
  
  Egypt Minister of State for Environment Affairs has recently endorsed the allocation of L.E. 4.5 million budget funds for the revamping of 4 existing and the construction of 6 new air pollution monitoring centers within Greater Cairo. All 10 locations will be linked to a central station to follow up and control any sudden changes in air pollution levels.
