    Introducing Preston Williams III
    I am a 23 year veteran of multiple professional pursuits during which I have held various leadership roles in the financial management and information technology services fields including Senior Auditor with Price Waterhouse (PriceWaterhouseCoopers), IT Consultant with Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Controller for Lynn-Phill Construction, Project Executive with IBM Global Services (IGS), Product Manager for Global Data Collection at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and CIO - Chief Information Officer at Langston University.

    I founded GBC® - General Business Consultants, Inc. (http://www.gbc-inc.net) in 2002 to provide information technology services to small and medium businesses and served as CEO - Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner until 2004. Over the next two years, I established GBC® Global Services and developed satellite offices in Kenya, Liberia and Uganda. I currently work as Senior Partner responsible for developing strategic Alliances and Partnerships.

    GBC® is an innovative (partner owned) IT company which offers a variety of professional and technical services. The company’s core competencies include, IT Asset Management, Engineering, IT Consulting, Networking, Outsourcing, Social Services and Web Presence Development. The company is a D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) certified vendor providing services to clients in several vertical markets including the US Government.

    I am Chairman of the GBC Board of Directors, a member of the Carolina Information Technology Professionals Group (CITPG), an affiliate of the Harvard Business School, a member of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Enterprise Forum of Cambridge, a member of the Greater IBM Connection as well as a member of the International Technology Channels Association (ITCA). I am also a recipient of the IBM Global Services Leadership Award.

    I have a B.Sc. in Economics, a M.Sc. in Regional Planning with a specialization in Regional Resource Allocation & System Dynamics. I am also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
