    We are an international law & consulting firm with headquarters in Miami/USA and several german offices.

    Our lawyers are admitted to practice law in Germany and several states in the US.

    I know how difficult is to understand the legal culture and how the "stuff works" in another foreign country.Sometimes besides the real legal issue other components like culture, mentality and LANGUAGE (a big one) gets in the way of your law practice and not to forget in the way of making the best deal for your client.
