  We are looking for investors interested in develop an important Beach resort Hotel in Costa Rica, Central America.
  
  It is a Banyan Tree Hotel, we have contact with the Banyan Tree Project Manager who is looking for some investors to buy a property in front of the beach to develop a unique Hotel, and with "unique" I mean that there is no other hotel like the one that Banyan Tree wants to develop in the Americas.
