  Temporary Mail Address

  Dear all,
  
  in cases where you need to give your mail address during an internet registration process,
  a temporary mail (good for 10 minutes) will do the job to handle the approval.
  This is one way to fight spam. This mail address will be disposed after 10 minutes.

  I fight spam using my ACM mail address that is piped through postini (meanwhile owned by google).
  That's fairly ok. I have hardly any false alarms that I need to approve manually.

  Hi,
  I am using the same ACM technology (combined with some others).
  Using the temporary mail address proposed here is to avoid "harvesting"
  mail addresses which might then be used to distribute unsolicited mail.
