    The 3rd International Conference "eLearning Baltics" (eLBa) 2010 will bring together researchers - practitioners and scientists, people using and people producing eLearning products and services.
    As usual, eLBa 2010 will cover different aspects of teaching and learning with digital media, it will address different target groups for eLearning and it will bring together people from various disciplines such as computer sciences, education, psychology and design.

    This year, eLBa 2010 consists of three parts:

    * eLBa Business - a primary German speaking business congress and an user forum,
    * eLBa Science - a multilingual international scientific conference (German/English),
    * eLBa Exhibition - an exhibition presenting recent innovation and services in the area
    of eLearning close to the conference rooms.

    eLearning Baltics 2010 will take place in the Hanseatic and University Town Rostock at Radisson Blu Hotel (http://www.radissonblu.com/hotel-rostock).

It is supported by the Ministry of Economics, Labour and Tourism Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the German Chapter of the ACM, the Gesellschaft für Informatik (GI), and the Society of Information Technology (ITG) of the VDE's Association for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies and the Enterprise European Network.
