    ACM - IEEE competition
    As a personal goal for this year I like to see more members in the ACM group than in the IEEE groug [1]. The latter has today 256 <sic!> members. Furthermore -- but this is an easy goal -- i like to see more articles and compelling discussions.

    How are we doing in terms of this sporty competition with the IEEE group? They still have twice as many members as we have. But according to the pure numbers we are more active.

    Members ACM vs. IEEE : 269 : 529
    Number of posts ACM vs. IEEE: 79 : 25

    Even w/o my posts the ACM group leads 39 : 25

    Posts per Member
    ACM : 0.29
    ACM w/o Matthias: 0.14
    IEEE : 0.05

    This makes me smiling before I get my coffee in the morning.
    BTW_ it is quite interesting to compare such figures for all your groups at Xing. Just a bit of copy & paste & speadsheet calculations...
