    Rally is the leader in Agile application lifecycle management (ALM).     The Rally Software Trainer’s primary area of focus is the delivery of onsite and online classroom training to Rally Software customers. The trainer will educate and train students through demonstration and hands-on activities to enable the use of Rally Software products to manage their Agile and Lean projects.

    The trainer must have extensive knowledge of training delivery practices, both in face-to-face and virtual environments. Additionally, the trainer must have knowledge in the Agile and/or Lean practice areas.

    Responsibilities include:

    Provide onsite and online classroom training and consulting for Rally's products.
    Provide client feedback to the product development, sales, and services teams.
    Develop content and materials for customer education.
    Identify strategic goals for customer education.
    Partner with the customer to ensure successful adoption of Rally's products.

    Qualifications:

    2+ years in a software product trainer, sales engineer, consulting or training role.
    3+ years experience in technology/software organizations with a solid software development background and full understanding of Application Lifecycle Management / Software Development Life Cycle.
    Experience with creation, customization and delivery of consulting, coaching or training.
    Experience with Agile processes such as Scrum, XP, Lean, FDD, DSDM, or Kanban.
    Excellent presentation, demonstration and facilitation skills.
    Effective communication, listening, verbal and written skills.
    Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with sales, consulting and support in a dynamic and innovative company environment.
    Bachelor's degree in technology or education fields, or equivalent experience.
    Available for 50% + travel.

    Position location – Chiswick,London. U.K.

    To be considered for this role you must currently live in London and posses authorization for employment in the U.K.
