  My dear Agile fellows...
  
  It's a pleasure to be a part of this group, and herewith provide a short introduction of myself.
  
  I manage multiple projects between Indian and German software companies (references at http://www.euroblaze.net/content/view/29/60/), and over the past year or so realized that Agile methods seem to be the best suited for successful delivery of projects between our partners in India and customers in Germany. A text-book approach has however not been possible, since the teams are physically distributed.
  
  To us Agile has quite simply meant "Making releases with new working features to customer every week (n-times, usually once)".
  
  I am also the Vorstandsvorsitzender/Chairman of the Indo-German Software Competence Network (Indescon, https://www.xing.com/net/indescon), the largest network of German and Indian software companies based in D-A-CH. Given the importance of Agile, we hope to really make it a topic of discussion and best-practices at Indescon.
  
  I hope to contribute to this network within my humble means and look forward to many enjoyable discussions.
