Even if there is enough budget, resources and time to fulfill the project, still one problem can arise between customer and vendor when outsourcing - it is the process of communication.
Here no one can dispute that communication is one of the main activities to successful outsourcing. How the communications are planned, maintained and controlled depends on:
• size of the engagement
• project management methodology
• organizational maturity on both sides
• time zone differences
• complexity of domain or technology
What else? In what way to organize better the communication process?

I am a bit puzzled by your question because you as a member of a company providing outsourcing services should know already. Maybe I am mistaken, but do I smell a slight sales pitch here? And are we actually talking about agile methods specifically here?
Maybe you can paraphrase your question for me and get a bit more specific. What do you need or want to know?

Alexander, we are agile outsourcing company and currently we are working at the improvement of our communication process. That's why i ask you as experts to help me in striving to improve our work with customer.
