Hy all agilists,
as my first 'Hallo' some words about myself:
I've started years ago as SW-developer in the Telco-area, than turned to act as Project Lead for SW-development teams which were still based on plain heavy up front planned Waterfall. Next I was actively involved in the transition towards the agile approach in my company. So I know well about the obstacles to turn a big heavy tanker into a nimble bee ( although the bee is yet more a humble-bee :-/ )
I've been working as Scrum Master and Scrum-of-Scrum master since a couple of years now. Also did several mentoring in my teams.
Even experienced with XP and Scrum I've learned that there is all the time something beyond my current know-how which I'm really interested in getting new input and other ideas.
So I'm really looking forward to some interesting and fruitful discussions here.
At the moment I'm fond of the Kanban - idea. I like the idea of limiting the work in progress (WIP) - approach and I also like it's pull (instead push) - approach. Does anybody has some living experiences with 'Scruban' - I mean the mixture of Scrum and Kanban.
regards
Henry
