  Introduction

  Hi,
  my name is Reiner Kühn. Since more than 13 years I'm working in the project management domain for software companies.
  I first came into contact with agile methods in 2004 during a scrum tutorial workshop with Joseph Pelgrine.
  Since two years now, I came back to agile more in practice, working on some Scrum-like product development projects in different roles. Since that, I believe that agile will solve a lot of problems that came around with traditional project management of software development projects.
  
  My project management experiences are base on trainings, certifications and self-study on the theoretical side. I'm PMP certified since 2005, Microsoft Office Project certified since 2004, and recently Certified ScrumMaster.
  On the practical side, I was responsible for a large number of projects (10-2000pd, international teams, off-shoring, etc.), the project management policies for the companies I worked for, and also for the transition from traditional pm to agile pm.
  For more than 10 years, I was responsible as team lead or senior manager for development teams.
  
  Currently, I'm loooking for a new professional opportunity in the project management area. Feel free to contact me.
