Germany: Turn or Equal?
The blog debate on the website ot "The Broker" discusses the new turn in Germany after the latest elections in September 2009. Although only midfield with its ODP share of 0.38% of GDP, Germany is second as donor country in absolute terms. How such a monetary power may shape Europe's development policies and its picture in the recipient countries is subject to this debate.
