  Introduction Andreas Jenny

  Hi!
  
  I am an independent consultant in international development with more than 12 years experience working in community development and the NPO sector. Professionally I am a horticulturist, agricultural economist, and currently I am doing a MA in International Management in Non-Profit-Organizations. During my work in Nepal I gained extensive experience in various leadership and management roles and provided consultancy and training to NGOs. I was involved in setting up a NGO in Nepal, which provides capacity building training to rural community based organisations.
  
  Nowadays I do various consultancies and project evaluations in different countries in conjunction with AGEG International Consulting Services. I also lecture financial management in an international distance learning MA programme, which aims to increase the management capacity of leaders in the global south.
  
  Apart from my mother tongue German, I speak English and Nepali. To keep my sanity, I am keeping a couple of bee colonies :-)
