    Dear members of ASIA-PACIFIC SME COMMUNITY:

    Although I have been a member for quite some time already, I never found the time to introduce myself to you. Now I think the time has come to catch up on this subject.

    I am 68 years of age, married to a wonderful Filipino wife with three children, and living in Manila, Philippines. I am the Chairman of the Board of Aurum Resources Ltd., a Swiss company owning, through its Peruvian subsidiary, the concession for an alluvial gold deposit in the north of the country. Presently, my ultimate ambition and high goal is to provide the substantial funds required for starting this operation. I think everybody knows that this is no easy task.

    When I came to Europe at the end of May 2010, I figured to stay there for maximum two months, then fly to Peru to stay there for about a fortnight, and then return to my home in the Philippines. Far from it, I am still traveling on a regular basis between the Philippines, Europe, the USA and Peru, and I am now planning to return to Manila within the next two weeks, to stay there for Christmas 2011, and on until the end of March 2011... It goes without saying that I am connected with my business by means of the modern communication.

    I hope that this brief introduction will find your approval and motivate you to equally write a personal introduction.
