  Double taxation

  Hello to everybody!
  Where can I obtain a printed version of the double taxation agreement between Russia and Turkey, in all three languages (Turkish, russian and english)?
  The document is called in russian "СОГЛАШЕНИЕ от 15 декабря 1997 года
  МЕЖДУ ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВОМ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ
  И ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВОМ ТУРЕЦКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ ОБ ИЗБЕЖАНИИ
  ДВОЙНОГО НАЛОГООБЛОЖЕНИЯ В ОТНОШЕНИИ
  НАЛОГОВ НА ДОХОДЫ"
