    Introducing myself
    Hi

I have a slightly odd background. I hung out during my teenage years with a band and played some blues harp and met various people from the music scene. As this died I went to art college and then I started out earning a living teaching art and drama, moved into management and went into financial services. During that time I joined a band that kind of turned into blues band (very loud) but then got roped into an Irish band and so play harmonica, bodhran and lead guitar (see http://www.diasporamusic.org).
I have illustrated a couple of books (nothing famous) with cartoons and in 2005 was co-author of Surviving School Leadership, a coaching book for senior management teams. These days I work as a freelance mentor coach and often help people with presentation skills.
In March I will be launching a Creativity group in Somerset; the idea being that people can come to a safe, held, place and explore their unique creativity, be listened to, get stimulus, appreciative feedback and leave each session feeling motivated and supported in their process. Any ideas or support you may offer in this regard will be gratefully received.
