    We created this group to make it easier for Guides and Company’s to plan their future workspace and staff.

    After working over 10 years in the Outdoor field and traveling –working my self 3 times around the globe as a professional Outdoor Guide I found it necessary to open this Xing Group to help other outdoor guides and Companies .

    For outdoor guides the biggest problem is to find a job year round, most of the guides are unemployed during their winter time only a few have also knowledge for winter guiding , those who do not have this are mostly without work in the winter.

    For the Companies it is hard to put somebody on a year round payroll when the winter is a time that money is not coming in, by connecting to this site you can help your guides by finding- jobs for them during the winter season, on the other site off the world. And to get him/her back after the winter or to find new skilled guides.

    Me and my cooperator wanted to make it easier for outdoor guides and outdoor Companies to connect and share work experiences and to create the opportunity to find new work places on the other site of the world .

    For Guides : Making good contact with companies from other countries, creates a change for work during winter or summer time.

    For Companies : It guaranties a fresh flow of new experienced guides to work for freelance contract .

    By joining this group companies expans the chances for searching- meeting –employing the qualified outdoor guides from other countries and creates a changes for guides to spread their horizon and experience new work places.

    For guides; it’s important to build up their network of companies, to create more chances getting noticed and to be able to work all year round on the world’s most nice places in the world’s most exciting jobs.
