AA) MISSION: To get African and Turkish business people to make trading between eachother and let them carry out modern development attacks together.

AB) VISION: Being the most productive, the most synergic and well-known independent development council active for Africa and Turk countries.
AC) MACRO TARGETS:

1. Organized in 6 main regions and total 86 countries
2. Assembling each country’s national main and strategic source of incomes in one data bank and
supply the actual informations to members.
3. Founding the data bank of know-hows, patents & registrations; and keep all members informed
for every new data.
4. Getting country’s maximum profit, advantage and employment from national rawmetarials
5. Present the production and marketing programs to official and independent development
institutions
6. Preparing mid and lont term country development programs and being the solution partner of the
governments
7. Gathering the other development councils, foundations, related associations, think-tank groups
and labour unions on mutual development purpose
8. Reducing the rivalry between neighbour countries which source of incomes ( sectorial and
rawmetarials ) are same.
9. Getting association between ABC and other multi national business councils.
10. Getting maximum global trade advantages like undouble taxation and custom tax exemption
between African, Turkish and Arab states
11. Getting common actions against manuplative and speculative economy waves

AD) MICRO TARGETS:

1. Starting up the constitution of country councils due to their domestic laws
2. Gathering the members exist in same sectors through committees and produce synergy
3. Getting meeting of members and let them share their commercial inquiries via a common internet
platform and fasten the trading activities between members
4. Let members to focus themself on energy, agriculture, environment and technology subjects
for sustainable country development. Initiate the producing of mid and long term projects.
Getting formation of the cooperative company in country to carry out these projects.

AE) MAIN PRINCIPLES
1. All members will devoted the principles unconditionaly
2. United Nation’s Human Rights agreement and it2s first and second rules are main rules. All
members are equal.
3. All members must put into practice the Global Compact principles
4. Sustainable development is the main target
5. All targets must be reached
6. Big economies foster the smallers and small economies support the biggers
7. The maximum synergy can be produced by harmony, sharing and common movement
8. The rule of “ not me but us “ is essential from the smallest constitution to the largest one
9. Members trust eachother
10. ABC is not a political organization. Every member has his/her idea. However all members obey to
council’s decisions.
11. ABC is transparent and democratic. Every plan known by all members and each member uses
his/her vote. Every member can tell his/her suggestion and opinions freely.
