  Seeking room and car in Perth mid November

  Hi guys
  
  My name is Monika and I will be coming to Australia mid November. Although arriving on a tourist visa, my aim is to stay in Australia, find a good job (I'm a SAP FICO Project Manager) and the perfect work-life-balance. I have been in Australia 6 times over the years and decided to make it my home.
  
  For a start I will be staying in WA for a while and hope to settle there but am open to live anywhere in the country.
  
  Does anyone know people in Perth offering a room (fully furnished) for up to $250 a week for a short period of only 7 - 10 days from 11th November 2011 onwards? Or a short housesit of up to 2 weeks at a time, caring for the house, garden and animals but it then should be free of charge of course...
  
  I'm also looking to buy a very reliable car which has at least a couple of months rego (WA) left, not too large but also large enough for a fair bit of travelling long distances. LPG would be great if the certification was no more than 6 years ago...
