  Artop Release 3.0

  The Artop User Group is pleased to announce that release 3.0 of Artop is now available. Major changes and new features that were introduced with this release are:
  
  - Migration to Eclipse Sphinx
  * With Artop 3.0 the Artop Eclipse Complementary Layer (ECL) has been migrated to Eclipse Sphinx.
  - Optimized Model Loading
  * Deserialized models are cached as binary resources to optimize load times in many cases.
  - Optimized Attribute Storage
  * Reduced memory consumption by optimizing attribute storage in EMF implementation of AUTOSAR meta models.
  
  As of version 3.0 Artop supports the AUTOSAR releases 2.0, 2.1, 3.1 and 4.0.
  
  The Artop 3.0 SDK and Technology Demonstrator can be downloaded by registered users.
