Dear Group Members,

I am very glad to meet people here who work on AUTOSAR or who use AUTOSAR.

My introduction is very similar to that one of Prof. Meroth, even the publisher of my latest book "Elektronik in der Fahrzeugtechnik" is the same.

However, there are also some differences:

My laboratory of Automotive Engineering belongs to the Aschaffenburg University. If you don't know where to find it: Although Aschaffenburg is located near Frankfurt, it is part of Bavaria (in Munich hardly anybody knows this).

My favorite application of automotive electronics is the powertrain, in particular Diesel engines.

At present AUTOSAR is only a very small part of my lectures. I am going to extend this share in particular by practical project work on AUTOSAR and to start research projects.

So any support from companies is highly appreciated. To support us and to work together with us may be the best publicity you can have and a high return value for your company.
