Hello,

I'd like to present myself as freelancing consultant and trainer for the topics requirements management, quality management, and process improvement.

I've gained more than 25 years of experience in software development, software quality management, as well as system and software process improvement based on the maturity models CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, SPICE, and Automotive SPICE. I had the chance to support several companies on their way to move one maturity level up. I also know the appraisal point of view, as I've participated as team member in two CMMI appraisals within the last months.

I've spend most of my years as consultant in the automotive industry, my last project was to define and introduce a new approach for functional requirements management at Volkswagen.

My special topics are requirements engineering (how do I write "good" requirements?), metrics (how do I measure the project progress with simple but effective metrics?), and safety related software development (how do I have to structure my products and processes to fulfill all safety related requirements in an efficient way?).
