The Customer Orientation Compass is a free self-evaluation test with 24 questions spread over 4 categories: Strategy & Leadership, Customer Knowledge & Feedback, Customer Experience Practice and People.
Once you’ve completed the test, you’ll receive your personal score showing how well you’re doing on the customer orientation compass. You can benchmark your scores against the scores of other organisations. If you complete the test, you will also get access to the customer orientation dashboard, containing the results of all participants (although aggregated, of course).
The test will take up around 6 minutes of your time.
