  Cityscape Dubai now Cityscape Global

  Cityscape's management has announced its rebranding of Cityscape Dubai to Cityscape Global.
  
  Cityscape Global will be based on more than eight years of building business, trusted partnerships with global associations, bodies, and real estate partners.
  
  The global portfolio of product and services that make up the Cityscape brand all stem from the original Cityscape event held in Dubai.
  
  While Europe and the US have their own real estate industry events that attract professionals from those markets, no other events other than Cityscape Dubai have provided access to the Asia Pacific and Mena markets to such a degree, according to Marwaha. Cityscape Dubai has the largest proportion of international participants of any Cityscape event.
  
  In 2009 over 25 per cent of registered participants came from outside the UAE, which translates into almost 10,000 participants coming from 115 countries. The scope is to reach a 50-50 distribution over the next two years from the GCC and international.
  
  By focusing more on attracting international participants, Cityscape Dubai hopes to transform the regional event into a global platform.
  
  Dubai is a gateway to more than one third of the world's population and an access point to many of the fastest growing real estate markets in the world.
