    The Capital City is part of the larger project of MIBC (Moscow International Business Center) Moscow City, an immense investment and construction project encompassing more than 2,500,000 sq. m. Only four kilometers from the Kremlin, along the bank of the Moscow River, Capital City is centrally located in one of the world’s most dynamically developing cities. As part of this larger infrastructure, it is able to utilize all the benefits of a business center with access to transportation and an integrated safety system. Designed by the world-renowned “artists of change,” NBBJ, the complex is to become an architectural landmark and will offer a new and unique environment for living, working and leisure in Moscow.
    Capital City consists of the towers, named after the current and historical capital cities, Moscow and St Petersburg (73 and 62 stories). The Connecting Block, forming the base of the towers, houses office functions between levels 4 and 17. The top of the connection block houses an exclusive reception area for the apartment residents along with superior spa and fitness facilities and two exclusive panoramic restaurants.

    Multifunctional residential complex Trikolor is located at the intersection of Prospect Mira and Rostokinskaya street in the north-eastern district of Moscow. The complex will include 3 residential skyscrapers with a various number of floors and a separate office building.
    The south part of the complex borders with a picturesque scroll of the Yausa-river and green park. Central botanical garden and All-Russian Exhibition Center are located nearby. The system of parking entrances and gates are elaborated to minimize the number of cars in the residential yard. The office building has a separate parking with its own entrance along

    New multifunctional complex Universitetsky will be located on Leninsky prospect, between Akademicheskaya and University metro stations. According to the architectural idea the number of stores from Leninsky prospect side won’t exceed 8 to fit the constructional surrounding, whereas the inner yard side of the complex will posses 18 stores. Fronts of 2 towers correspond with building up the line of Leninsky prospect (north-east and south-west).
    The ground floor will be used for sport and public purposes, 2 underground levels – for parking. The entrance will be possible both from Vavilova street and Leninsky prospect

    ECO is an integrated group of buildings combining three apartment houses with a stylobate to accommodate offices. The residential sector of the complex comprises 3 high-rise buildings, 29 floors each, standing upon a single stylobate of varying levels. The first, the second and the third floors will provide a place for administrative offices. A free standing office building is also planned for the complex. The façade of the residential blocks is high-tech style with a lot of glass enhanced by well-chosen decorative features. The stylobate part of the complex is a separate block of 2-4 levels, which is intended for public purposes – office, retail, administration and recreation spaces, inner courtyard with a children’s playground.
    It is a group of buildings to combine clear and austere form, noble proportions, hi-tech elements and a winter garden in each apartment, which makes it one of the best examples of ecological houses, an actual and wide-spread European architectural trend.
    The project reflects all advanced housing development tendencies.

    Residential complex of the XXI century “AVENUE, 77” has been designed by the private architectural & design studio owned by A.A. Chernikhov.
    This residential complex will comprise everything that is required for today life: lodging of the highest comfort level and amenities meeting the most exquisite requirements, as well as ramified infrastructure system. Respective stylobate having total area amounting to 52000m2 is meant for trading & recreational complex.
