    LAST GRAIN IN THE HOURGLASS (Experimental Metal / Progressive)

    Founded in spring 2006, LAST GRAIN IN THE HOURGLASS is a hybrid of four peoples ideas and visions. Guitarist Stefan Chmielewski, bassist Florian Schneider, drummer Max Fischer and singer Christoph Ziegltrum found together to write some first material. After some months of working, three of this songs were recorded in August 2006 in „do it yourself“-philosophy in the bands' rehearsal room - known as the "Last Grain In The Hourglass EP"
    In September 2006 the band started playing the songs from the EP and some other, new songs live. Beside gigs with local acts, there where performances as support of bands like MADE OUT OF BABIES, RPWL, BLIND EGO or CALLISTO. On stage, the band creates some very own atmosphere, intense and stirring. The music of LAST GRAIN IN THE HOURGLASS is not easy to describe, mixing up decent progressive rock with heavy rock outbursts, being one time quiet, the other time heavy and relentless. And with their 2007-Release "Following The River, Finding The Sea", recorded in the Farmlands-Studios in Freising they brought their sound onto a new level. Best you listen to this ambitious bastard by yourself.

    wer Lust hat, wir spielen am 17.April in München mit "A Storm Of Light" , im Feierwerk.

    wir spielen am 17.09. in der Glockenbachwerkstatt in München.
