  TV Weingarten Lions are looking for a coach for all young teams on part time basis

  Hi Coach!
  
  We the TV Weingarten Lions are looking for a coach for all our younger teams -> U14m/f; U16m; U18m; U20m starting from season 2010/11.
  
  The TV Weingarten Basketball club was founded at the beginning of 2007. We are located in Weingarten near Ravensburg and near the Lake of Constance in Baden-Württemberg.
  
  We are not a funny stupid ballin' club but we want to systematically develop and bring forward our players with high quality. In order to ensure the quality we are looking for a Coach on a part-time basis.
  
  Teams:
  The "oldest" team is our U20m which exists since the founding year. All other teams were developed by and by.
  
  The women’s team of the Lions was promoted in their second season into the "Landesliga". The men’s were promoted this season 2009/10 into the "Bezirksliga".
  
  Who are we looking for?
  Your and our philosophy should match in certain topics but within the philosophy you have huge room for maneuver and latitude which you are welcome to use :) We think that it makes sense to get your application first; afterwards a personal or phone interview would make sense.
  
  We want the best for our players because they deserve it! That's why we do not take the easiest way to find a coach :)
