  Free or Fee based rental services?

  If you are interested in renting a mid-range and above property then remember that the Estate Agents are paid by the landlord the equivalent of one month's rent (some of which will go to the local leasing office, if used). You do not have to pay them!!
  
  The moment an Estate Agents starts asking you to pay them be warned that they are trying to take advantage of you.
  
  I know that this is true for annual rentals starting from as low as 5,000RMB/month. I think that with some agencies this is true from even lower, maybe from 3.000RMB/month.
  
  Estate Agents here is a chance to inform the public:
  
  A) From what rental budget bracket your provide a FREE service.
  B) How much you charge for rentals that are below that price.
  C) In which areas of Beijing/types of properties do you specialise.
